What Other Ginseng Sellers Don't Want You To Know

As a Korean ginseng online shopper, you have probably visited several sites that make
some pretty fantastic claims about their product.  Although these sites can be entertaining
to read through, it is truly sad that there are hundreds--if not thousands--of consumers
who trust what they are told on these sites and buy a product that may not be what it
seems.


You may have seen sites that claim that their product has received top ranking by
the Korean government.  However, if you search their entire site, you will not find
any direct reference to these ratings.  NEWS FLASH: the Korean government does
not rate businesses from the U.S.  The other important fact most ginseng sellers do
not want you to know is that claims made by a ginseng seller, like other herbal
supplements, are not regulated by the FDA (read Dietary Supplement & Health
Education Act of 1994).  This means ginseng manufactured in the U.S. may not be
verified or qualified by anyone, which is why Best Korean Ginseng sells only
products that have been approved by the Korean government and bare the
Korean government's official seal of approval (see our home page).

And then there are sites that claim to hand-make your ginseng products at their
location (in the U.S.) from pure, fresh Korean ginseng root.  NEWS FLASH:  it is
illegal to import raw, untreated herbal roots to the U.S.  So, these businesses are
either lying to their customers or they are breaking the law.  Since it is not illegal to
fib on a website, our guess is they are simply misleading ginseng buyers.

Since Best Korean Ginseng has been in business, we have had the privilege of providing
the rest of the world with the exact same products that millions of Koreans have enjoyed
for years.  In this time we have come to know our customers very well.  They are healthy
people who want to maintain their health; not-so-healthy people who want to improve their
health; and some people who are very ill and looking for a way to live a more normal life.  
These people deserve to know that only their physician--not a self-appointed herbal
expert--can advise them on what they should consume.  So, yes, we are especially
offended when we see slick businesses taking advantage of good people.  This is why
Best Korean Ginseng will do whatever it takes to reveal these misleading businesses
practices.
